After losing several rear calipers to ‘specialists’ who couldn’t remove the pesky grub screw and as a result destroyed the caliper before sending them back, I decided it was time to do the job myself.

As a result I have had a CNC programme designed to machine the grub screw out, clean up the threaded section and face the top to allow a purpose made EN24 bolt to seal with a copper washer.

Calipers are fully stripped and shot blasted, CNC machined and then painted with high temperature calliper paint. New seals and piston are installed along with electroplated handbrake lever and spring.
